Swimmers must arrive by 7:15 am for 7:30 am warm ups. Don't forget: cap, goggles, sunscreen, water bottles, and towels. Label everything please! Swimmers may bring a chair for the team area as well. Start your day with a healthy breakfast, pack some light snacks, water or gatorade and save that donut or cheeseburger for a celebration after your swim. |

Guppy Assessments

Guppy assessments will be held Monday and Tuesday June 7 and 8, from 6:00-6:30 pm. Your Guppy should be prepared with a swimsuit and goggles and ready to splash with our coaches while we assess their basic skill level. Guppies will be placed in one of two groups: Blue for our newest swimmers and Gold for our advanced Guppies (some may transition to the 8U practice group over the course of the season). Parents will be notified via e-mail following the final night of assessments. Blue practices will begin Thurs June 10 and Gold practices begin Fri June 11. |

Practice for New Swimmers to the Team Age 7-12, Day Two

One more day for new swimmers to the Barracudas age 7 to 12, learn practice procedures, meet some of your teammates and let the coaches see you swim! We also want to make sure new swimmers are placed with the right group to make sure they have the attention they need to best develop their skills. If the coaches would like to see your swimmer practice with an age group other than their own age, they will let you know by the end of the day. |
