It's the last morning of regular swim practices! All swimmers, please report at 9:00 am for some fun swims including the Guppy "Futures" swim and 13 and up Water Polo. Everyone will be treated to an ice cream breakfast! |

Swimmers must arrive by 6:45 am for 7:00 am warm ups. Don't forget: cap, goggles, sunscreen, water bottles, and towels. Label everything please! Swimmers may bring a chair for the team area as well. Start your day with a healthy breakfast, pack some light snacks, water or gatorade and save that donut or cheeseburger for a celebration after your swim. |

Swim and Dive Team Outing - Bowling

Please join us on Thursday, July 18th at 3:00 p.m. over at Bowl America (6450 Edsall Road, Alexandria). The cost is $10 for shoes and two games of bowling. FYI: Bowl America has a small concession stand, bring extra money / no food is included in the price per person Please RSVP on Swimtopia and pay in advance! First : Sign up your swimmer or diver / in the comments, put their name(s) for the RSVP in the team calendar and their preference for other Cudas they may want to bowl with -- or to Courtney Cieslukowski in person or by email: [email protected] by Tuesday 7/16 at noon. Second : Cash Payment is due in advance of event. You can give it to: Shelly Naumovich, Kim Cordell, Courtney Cieslukowski, Amber Finnegan, or Carylin Waterval during your Cuda’s practice time. *Courtney must provide numbers to Bowl America in advance, so please RSVP with payment no later than Tuesday 6/25. Lastly, this is NOT a drop-off event, unless you have coordinated having another parent there who is responsible for your child(ren). Parents will need to arrange transportation to and from as well as supervision for your child(ren). |

Fun Tuesday and pancakes are two favorite traditions of Springboard swimmers! The swimmers will get in some practice time which is followed by some fun in the water and finally by pancakes. Parents, we need your help making all those pancakes! Sign up to volunteer and earn credit towards your volunteer commitment. |
