Pasta Pep Rally and Lip Sync

End: 7:30 PM
Please sign up to bring a dish or a side to help feed our hungry Swim and Dive families (dinner is for the whole family so plan on about 10 servings of whatever you sign up for). Plan on arriving at 5:45 so that dinner can be served at 6pm. Please label your containers and serving utensils. Lemonade will be provided. You can also sign up to help with set up and clean up and it will count as a credit towards your volunteer commitment. (You should still plan to sign up for a dinner item as well.) To sign up for your meal contribution AND/OR to volunteer with set up and clean up, click "JOB SIGNUP." It's a great bonding opportunity for the team and we will have lots of fun events going on including the naming of our Cudas of the Week EVERY WEEK! |

Swim and Dive Team Outing - Shadowlands / Laser Tag and Glow Golf
Shadowlands, 5508 Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA 22310

Please join us on Thursday, June 27th at 2:00 p.m. over at Shadowland (5508 Franconia Rd., Alexandria, VA 22310). Cudas are sure to have a blast while playing laser tag or glow mini golf with their teammates. The cost is $12.50/person for two laser tag adventures - OR - $6.00/person for one round of glow golf with 12 holes. FYI: Shadowland has a small concession stand (popcorn, candy, drinks) and arcade games, which are not included in the price per person. Please RSVP on Swimtopia! First: Sign up your swimmer or diver / in the comments, put their name(s) for the RSVP in the team calendar and their preference for laser tag or mini glow golf -- or to Kim Cordell in person or by email [email protected] by Tuesday 6/25 at noon. https://springboardswimanddive.swimtopia.com/swim_meets Second: Payment is due in advance of event. You can give it to: Shelly Naumovich, Kim Cordell, Courtney Cieslukowski, Amber Finnegan, or Carylin Waterval during your Cuda’s practice time. *Kim must provide numbers to Shadowland in advance, so please RSVP with payment no later than Tuesday 6/25. Lastly, this is NOT a drop-off event, unless you have coordinated having another parent there who is responsible for your child(ren). Parents will need to arrange transportation to and from as well as supervision for your child(ren). |

Fun Tuesday and pancakes are two favorite traditions of Springboard swimmers! The swimmers will get in some practice time which is followed by some fun in the water and finally by breakfast pastries. Sign up to help or contribute items to the breakfast. |

Swimmers must arrive by 5:15 pm for 5:30 pm warm ups. Don't forget: cap, goggles, sunscreen, water bottles, and towels. Label everything please! Swimmers may bring a chair for the team area as well. Eat healthy meals to prepare for the meet, pack some light snacks, water or gatorade and save that ice cream or cheeseburger for a celebration after your swim. |
